This week the Estates Gazette and Property Week noted in their respective 'Appointments' sections that Instant has promoted Tom Sleigh to associate director
and Adrian Love to associate after they officially became RICS members
following the successful completion of their Assessment of Professional
Competence (APC).
Interestingly,
by working for Instant, the newly qualified Chartered Surveyors are going down
a non traditional route that usually involves working for investment or
development firms. Instant specialises in finding the best possible flexible
office solution for its clients and Sleigh and Love, who both joined Instant as
graduates, believe the qualification will significantly aid them when advising
clients.
Sleigh
has been at Instant since 2006 and currently works on the corporate solutions
team building agent relationships and accounts. Love has been at Instant since
2009 and works on the managed office team.
