The rent price is very attractive and also the outside building appearance is professional. The services offered are comparable to other leasing companies that offer all inclusive services with their leases. Where I have problems was with the interior appearance. The carpet in the reception area and the offices needs to be cleaned and stretch in some areas. The interior appearance is not inviting. I was disappointed.
