Office summary
Located in the heart of historic Dupont Circle's 17th Street Corridor, this building was originally a luxury apartment building by architect Stanley Schneider. Although it was built in 1915, it has been fully renovated with new wiring, plumbing, and (in most suites) CAT5e computer cabling. So you get hardwood and marble floors with Adam-style mantels, along with granite-topped kitchenettes. Common areas, including baths, are cleaned daily, a trash service removes our regular trash from behind the building daily, and we're involved in an extensive recycling program with recycling bins in the rear of the building being emptied several times a week. This center offers up to 10,000 sq ft of rarely available, subdividable and renovated workspaces. The building also has a business incubator for small businesses, and one of the only true incubators with both space and programming in the city. Admission to the incubator for businesses is by interview and is competitive, but the advantages are inestimable. Shared space in the incubator is priced on a monthly rate, although 'day student' membership is possible.
Office location
This building is only a few minute's walk from the Q Street entrance to the Dupont Circle Metro Station. A bike share rack is less than 100 feet away. Safeway, McDonald's, 7-11, Subway, True Value Hardware, Cyberlaptops, and many restaurants and nightspots are all less than a block away. A pharmacy, dry cleaners, and CPA's office are all in the building.
