Patricia Bacon, Global Sales and Strategy Director
Patricia Bacon is responsible for sales, with a particular emphasis on global strategy. Since joining the group in 2002, she has played a pivotal role in building the business across its London, Miami and Sydney offices. Patricia has contributed significantly to ensuring that Instant's transition from a small to a medium-sized business has been, and continues to be, smooth.
Patricia's strong relationships with key global operators and partners worldwide, coupled with solid strategic marketing and sales skills, have been important to the company's continued high growth. Under her guidance, the Sales team has consistently exceeded targets in all areas of the business. Patricia continuously strives to identify and develop key revenue streams in new markets, and to boost the conversion rate of lookers to occupiers.
Patricia brings to Instant over 18 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and HR. Before joining the group, she worked on key dealer development programmes across Europe and on re-branding strategies at Nissan Europe NV. Prior to that, she worked at Swiss Bank Corporation, where she managed the set-up, implementation and successful roll-out of the annual graduate recruitment, summer internships and MBA programmes. She has also held senior Business Development and Marketing positions at The McWilliams Partnership, the leading advertising agency, and at The Henley Centre, part of WPP Group.
Patricia holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) and Information Systems from the University of the West of England.
