Tim Rodber, CEO
Prior to joining Instant as CEO, Tim spent 10 years at global outsourcing firm Williams Lea, most recently as CEO of the Americas business where he was also personally responsible for relationships with several key FTSE 100 and S&P 500 clients. From 2008 to 2010, Tim was CEO of Williams Lea’s international office, heading up the business strategy across three regions, Germany, India and the Asia Pacific. Between 2003 and 2008 he held key roles at Williams Lea both in the UK and USA. Prior to this, Tim was Managing Director at London based marketing and communications company Rodber Thorneycroft Ltd.
He began his career as an Army officer and as a successful international rugby player having played for Northampton Saints between 1995 and 2001. Tim appeared 44 times for England, twice for the British and Irish Lions and was a Rugby World Sevens Cup Winner. He is also a graduate of Oxford Brookes University.
Tim now lives in West Sussex with his wife and two children. He enjoys sport and travelling and has been a patron of the 3 Little Miracles charity since 2008.
